To start

Butternut Squash and sage soup, warm Suffolk trencher bread

Fishcakes with Pinney’s Orford smoked salmon, buttered spinach

Local game terrine, quince chutney, trencher toast

 

 Main course

Roast Norfolk Turkey, homemade cranberry & whisky chutney, traditional accompaniments

Line-caught Aldeburgh cod fillet, crushed new potatoes, winter greens, lemon butter sauce

Our own roast Brandeston curly coated Mangaliza pork, apple sauce, traditional accompaniments

Wild mushroom risotto, crème fraiche, spring onion, parmesan, wild rocket leaves

 

Puddings

Homemade Christmas pudding with brandy butter and custard or cream

A dark chocolate mousse with homemade honeycomb

Winter berry pavlova

 

Two courses £16.50, three courses £21.50
